Last Tuesday’s delivery by Summerfield Elementary made them the fourth and final school in Tessa Farm to Fork’s Classroom to Food Market Pipeline (CFMP) setup with:

Noble Academy (1st Delivery Jan. 17th)
Greensboro Day School (1st Delivery Feb. 7th)
Cone Elementary (1st Delivery Feb. 21st)
, and
Summerfield Elementary (1st Delivery Mar. 28th).

We thank Tessa for partnering with so many schools to help teach students about the farm to fork process by having them grow nutritious microgreens in class and delivering them once a month to be served to Tessa’s customers.

The CFMP is going through an upgrade for the coming school year where it will make an even bigger community impact.  Stay tuned to learn more and how Tessa Farm to Fork and some new partners are involved.
