We had a packed private event with about 35 participants for the Economy, Jr. held on behalf of Greensboro YWCA’s yWorld program at Jackson Middle School on Thursday, May 29th.

Crunching numbers in a crowded cafeteria
PRIVATE EVENT – On Thursday, May 29th, participants of the yWorld after school program created by the Greensboro YWCA will be playing “Economy, Jr.” where players play as a customer spending a month’s paycheck from their chosen career on necessities such as housing, groceries, child care, and more without going bankrupt. This event will be held after school at Jackson Middle School in Greensboro, NC.
Parties 2 Dye 4 is sponsoring the event with Shift, the Nussbaum Center’s startup group, providing assistance.
Due to weather closing area schools and affecting after school programs, the Economy, Jr. planned for Wednesday, January 22nd sponsored by Business Cents for YWCA’s yWORLD program is being postponed until either the first or second week of February.

CLOSED SIGN UP – Wednesday, January 22nd from 3:30-5:30pm, an Economy, Jr. will be held at the YWCA in Downtown Greensboro thanks to sponsor Business Cents along with the Nussbaum Entrepreneurship Center’s Startup group Shift providing volunteers.
