Uncycling (UC) is a technique to remove yourself from bad cycles created by others. UC is part of our new Mental Fitness series to help students deal with stress inside and outside of the classroom.

How to use: show students this video to introduce them to the concept and then give them a copy of the step by step instructions to try out on their own.
