Crest--15GLNWD-TE-300PUBLIC EVENT – On Tuesday, July 21st 6-8pm, will be Teen Entrepreneur at Glenwood Library for ages Teens 11-17.  This is the fourth event of the Entrepreneur Summer at Greensboro Library sponsored by Parties 2 Dye 4 with organizing help from Shift.

Despite a sudden storm right before the event, we ended up with a great turnout for the Economy, Jr. held at Glenwood Library on Tuesday, June 30th 6-8pm sponsored by Parties 2 Dye 4.  Our next Economy, Jr. event will be Thursday, July 16th 7-9pm @ Vance Chavis Library.

Crest--15GLNWD-EJ-300PUBLIC (FREE) EVENT – Tuesday, June 30th 6-8pm Economy, Jr. will be held at Glenwood Library for teens to see both sides of the economic coin.  This is the first event of the Entrepreneur Summer at Greensboro Library sponsored by Parties 2 Dye 4 with organizing help from Shift.

PUBLIC (FREE) EVENTS – ReBuildUp returns to the Greensboro Library with the Entrepreneur Summer sponsored by Parties 2 Dye with organizing help from Shift, the Nussbaum Center Entrepreneur group.

Teens are invited to come out and play Economy, Jr. followed by at a later date Pitch Drill and the Cashless Incubator back to back as part of the Teen Entrepreneur events taking place at the end of July.

Entrepreneur Summer finishes up with a ReBuildUp Course (all four games in one day) for adults 18+ followed by the PitchPocalypse business plan contest for teens and adults to compete in their own brackets for startup cash and prizes.  Here is the schedule:

Crest-MDI-GLENWOOD-I-300PUBLIC EVENT – On Tuesday, January 13th Glenwood Library will host the Million Dollar Idea card game from 6-7pm.

MDI has players pitch other players on products and services they think customers will like accumulating market share in the process.

There are two ways to win by either having the most market share at the end of the game (combined money and resources) or coming up with the best product idea in the game.

This event is sponsored by Michael Robinson Accounting with organizing help from Shift, the Nussbaum Center’s Entrepreneur group.
